<\/p>\nOn May 24, 2025, at the launching ceremony of the Program "Resolution No. 57-NQ\/TW: From vision to implementation of the State-School-Enterprise Cooperation Model" organized by Ho Chi Minh City National University (VNU-HCM), Dien Quang Group Joint Stock Company officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with VNU-HCM. The event marked an important step forward in the journey of accompanying the development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

\u201c3 Houses\u201d Convergence \u2013 Laying the Foundation for an Innovative Nation<\/b><\/p>\n
The program is within the framework of implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ\/TW and Resolution No. 68-NQ\/TW, aiming to turn Vietnam into a developed, high-income country by 2045. In particular, cooperation between the three pillars of "State - School - Enterprise" is identified as the core foundation for building an innovative nation, where enterprises play the role of a bridge between academic knowledge and production and business practices.<\/span><\/p>\n Mr. Tran Quoc Toan - General Director of Dien Quang Group Joint Stock Company - emphasized: "From a business perspective, we believe that innovation cannot be formed without connection. Businesses have markets, practical needs, and the ability to implement - but they need policies from the State and knowledge from the University to create a leap in technology and business models. For us, this is not simply cooperation, but an ecosystem - where businesses are not only technology users, but also research partners, co-creators and commercializers of knowledge.
