The number of shareholders and authorized persons attending the meeting corresponds to the number of shares owned and authorized, which is 20,838,077 shares, accounting for 75.621 TP3T of voting shares attending the meeting, meeting the conditions to hold the General Meeting of Shareholders according to the provisions of the Enterprise Law.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Activity theme 2025:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cQUALITY \u2013 SPEED OF IMPLEMENTATION \u2013 RESULTS ORIENTATION\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In there:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quality \u2013 the core competitive foundation of Dien Quang.
