Overview of Dien Quang's 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders<\/em><\/p>\n The number of shareholders attending the General Meeting corresponding to the number of shares owned is: 20,559,784 shares, accounting for 74.6% of the total number of voting shares of Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company, ensuring the conditions for conducting the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders according to the provisions of the Company Charter and the Law on Enterprises.<\/p>\n The Shareholders' Meeting elected a new Board of Directors and assigned specific tasks to each member of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board for the 2023-2027 term, with 5 members of the Board of Directors and 3 members of the Supervisory Board.<\/p>\n Shareholders vote at the meeting<\/em><\/p>\n The personnel are elected based on experience and professional capacity, playing an important role in making major decisions of the company and supervising the activities of the Board of Directors.
