This morning, December 3, 2019, at Dien Quang High-Tech Factory, the 2019 Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company Labor Conference took place.<\/p>\n

Pursuant to Joint Circular No. 32\/2007 dated December 31, 2007 of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, guiding the content of organizing activities of the Labor Conference in Joint Stock Companies, aiming to promote the democratic rights of laborers in conjunction with socio-economic development, creating conditions for laborers to know, to contribute opinions, to decide and supervise issues related to the rights, interests, obligations and responsibilities of laborers.<\/p>\n

Attending the Conference were Mr. Ho Quynh Hung - Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director; Directors, Deputy Directors of units, members of the Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union, Trade Union; departments and more than 180 delegates representing nearly 1,000 employees of the company.<\/p>\n

Following the instructions of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City on organizing the annual Labor Conference at the Enterprise, the Conference took place in accordance with the principles of requirements and proposed content of the conference to elect a presidium of 3 members; a secretariat of 2 members. The Conference took place with many contents: Report on production and business results and the implementation of policies related to the rights and interests of employees; Report on the implementation results of the Labor Agreement and policies related to the rights and interests of employees in 2018 and 2019; Discussion "Building a great solidarity bloc at the grassroots trade union"; Contributing ideas for the company's production and business activities and answering questions for employees;..<\/p>\n

After a serious working session, the Conference was a great success with the vote to pass the Resolution of 100% delegates attending, with high consensus of the collective, the Electricity\u00a0Quang believes that the Resolution of the 2019 Company Labor Conference will definitely be successfully implemented.<\/span><\/p>\n

Identifying that people are the most valuable asset that determines the success or failure of a business; in recent years, the Leaders and the Dien Quang Trade Union have always coordinated to implement many practical action programs in caring for the lives of workers, protecting their legitimate rights and interests, taking care of their health and increasing their income through activities such as: Dien Quang Tourism Program Connecting Arms held at the 4-star Lan Rung Resort - Phuoc Hai (Ba Ria Vung Tau); Organizing monthly birthdays for company employees; Organizing periodic health check-ups for employees; Paying attention to the meals of employees to stabilize their health, bringing good work efficiency...
