On September 1, 2019, Bac Giang held the inauguration ceremony of the Provincial Sports Stadium. The project has a total investment of more than 750 billion VND, including: a stadium with a capacity of nearly 5,000 spectators; a square; an elevated walkway; an outdoor water tank... Not only meeting the needs of indoor sports competitions according to SEA Games standards, this is also considered an architectural highlight, highlighting the urban landscape of Bac Giang City.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The special feature of this project is that the competition area inside the Bac Giang Provincial Sports Stadium has used a smart lighting solution. This is the first smart lighting system applying IoT (Internet of Things) for a national-level stadium in Vietnam, consulted by Dien Quang's technical experts, designed lighting and guided the installation according to OWLET technology, transferred from the SCHREDER Group (Kingdom of Belgium - Europe), the first time applied to a sports facility in Asia.<\/p>\n

This smart lighting system allows to control on, off, and program lighting according to each type of competition needs and the needs of sports players, ensuring compliance with National Standard TCVN 4205:2012 on Sports facilities - Sports fields. Design standards and lighting standards in sports lighting comply with TCXD 16: 1986. The centralized sports field lighting control system includes a lighting control system for a group of fields and each field separately. Reference lighting scenarios for each type of competition and practice such as: 1000lux for camera shooting, 700lux for tennis, 500lux for football matches, 300lux for volleyball and badminton matches, ... (calculated according to vertical illuminance on the plane passing through the vertical axis of the field). Therefore, in the same competition area for many sports, the lighting will be controlled and programmed to suit each type of competition and practice through the web interface. Compared to conventional lighting, the smart lighting solution consulted, designed and installed by Dien Quang helps save more than 50% of power consumption, contributing to reducing greenhouse gas emissions. In addition, because it is managed, operated and controlled remotely via the Web UI interface, this solution also helps save costs for system management and operation, improves reliability and increases system security.<\/p>\n

Previously, Ho Chi Minh City also applied this smart lighting technology to program the on and off of lights, program lighting according to pre-set scenarios suitable for special days of the year such as Christmas, New Year, etc. as well as suitable for traffic density and traffic volume on Truong Dinh, Ba Huyen Thanh Quan, Luy Ban Bich, Tan Hoa Lo Gom Canal, etc.<\/p>\n

With new technological solutions, Dien Quang is gradually transforming from a manufacturer to a supplier of smart products, services, and solutions in the field of lighting for schools, hospitals, stadiums, smart cities, etc. Currently, Dien Quang is the official and exclusive distributor of SCHREDER (Kingdom of Belgium - Europe) - OWLET in the markets of Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia.<\/p>\n
